First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether fun, structured games and posture exercises can reduce neck pain and improve posture in school children. About 90 kids with forward head posture and neck pain will be split into two groups: one does fun activities and posture exercises for 8 weeks, the other does simple neck exercises and continues normal school activities. The goal is to see if the fun program helps more than usual care.

- What this could lead to
- If it works, this could offer a simple, enjoyable way to reduce neck pain and improve posture in school children without medication.
- What could go wrong
- This is a small, early-stage study with only 90 children, so results may not apply to all kids. The exercises may not be more effective than normal activities.
