Summary
This study tested a 14-week recreational exercise program called FEXO in 120 adults aged 60 and older. The goal was to see if it could improve their physical and mental abilities (intrinsic capacity) and keep them motivated to exercise. Participants did fun group exercises three times a week, and researchers measured their abilities before, after, and three months later.
