First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new cell therapy called FT819 in people with moderate-to-severe autoimmune diseases like lupus, vasculitis, myositis, and scleroderma. The goal is to see if it is safe and can reduce disease activity by targeting faulty B-cells. About 244 participants aged 12 to 70 who have not responded to at least two prior treatments will receive the therapy and be monitored for side effects and health improvements.
