Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called FT819 for people with certain autoimmune diseases like lupus, vasculitis, myositis, and scleroderma. The treatment aims to target and control the immune cells that cause these diseases. The study will check if FT819 is safe and find the best dose, involving up to 244 participants aged 12 to 70 whose disease has not responded to at least two prior treatments.
