Massive 10-Year hunt for clues to mysterious kidney diseases

Summary
This study is creating a long-term registry to track 500 children and adults with rare kidney diseases called FSGS and Minimal Change Disease. It will collect detailed health information and biological samples (like blood and urine) from participants over 10 years. The goal is to build a large resource for scientists to better understand these diseases and develop future treatments, not to test a new therapy directly.
