Summary
This study looked at different ways to help adults who eat very few fruits and vegetables increase their intake. 42 participants received educational materials and a weekly £10 voucher, with some told to include fruit juice in their 5-a-day. Researchers measured changes in eating habits and blood markers of metabolic health over four weeks.
