Summary
This study compares two treatments for early frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis): manipulation under anesthesia versus a supervised home rehabilitation program. Researchers will enroll 300 adults aged 40-80 with symptoms lasting 3 months or less. The goal is to see which approach better improves shoulder function and reduces pain.
