Summary
This study is testing whether adding ultrasound-guided injections to a home exercise program helps people with chronic, painful frozen shoulder. Researchers will compare two different injection approaches to see which one works better at reducing pain and improving shoulder movement over 20 weeks. The goal is to find the most effective non-surgical treatment combination for this condition.
