Butt shot vs. shoulder shot: which eases frozen shoulder better?

Summary
This study is testing if a steroid injection in the buttock muscle works as well as a more precise, ultrasound-guided injection directly into the shoulder joint for treating frozen shoulder. Researchers will enroll 528 adults with painful, stiff shoulders to compare how much pain relief and improved movement each method provides over 12 weeks. The goal is to find out if the simpler buttock injection is a good alternative to the more complex shoulder injection.
