New study aims to boost IVF success by choosing the best womb prep

Summary
This study compares two ways to prepare the womb for a frozen embryo transfer: a modified natural cycle with progesterone and standard hormone therapy. The goal is to see which method leads to more live births and fewer pregnancy complications. About 336 women aged 21 to 44 with regular cycles will take part.
