First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at 120 women undergoing frozen embryo transfer to see if using a completely natural menstrual cycle or adding the medication letrozole can increase pregnancy rates. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups, with some receiving letrozole tablets and others a hormone injection to control ovulation timing. The goal is to find the best approach for achieving a confirmed pregnancy.
