Summary
This early-stage study is testing an investigational drug called DNL593 to see if it is safe and how it behaves in the body. It involves healthy volunteers and people diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) who have a specific genetic mutation. The main goal is to check for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood and spinal fluid over several months.
