Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety of a new spray-dried blood plasma product called FrontlineODP in 24 healthy adults. Participants received one, two, or four units of the product, and researchers monitored for side effects and changes in blood clotting. The goal was to see if this shelf-stable plasma could be a safe alternative to frozen plasma for treating bleeding emergencies.
