NCT ID NCT06474260
Summary
This study is testing a program called 'One All' that uses the sport Ultimate Frisbee to help improve mental health and resilience in young people from tribal communities in South India. Researchers want to see if this weekly sports and discussion curriculum is practical to run and if it helps participants feel more capable of handling life's challenges. The study will involve about 240 young people, who will attend sessions for a year and answer surveys about their well-being and resilience.
