Summary
This study looked at whether Frenkel's stabilization exercises can improve balance, physical performance, and reduce fear of falling in healthy adults aged 65 and older. Twenty participants completed the program, and their balance, mobility, and confidence were measured using standard tests. The goal is to help older adults stay active and independent by reducing fall risk.
