Summary

This study is collecting data on a precise colon procedure called Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD) used to remove large polyps and early-stage colorectal cancers. It aims to see how safe and effective ESD is in the long term for 1,200 patients across France, especially compared to older methods. The goal is to gather real-world evidence to better understand the procedure's risks, benefits, and best use.
