Summary
This study aims to better understand freezing of gait, a sudden inability to walk that affects people with Parkinson's disease and similar conditions. Researchers will observe 700 patients over three years, collecting information on their symptoms, walking patterns, and falls during regular doctor visits. The goal is to learn how this problem develops over time to help guide future care and research.
