Doctors test freezing tumors during lung biopsy
NCT ID NCT06593106
Summary
This study tests a freezing procedure called cryodevitalization for early-stage lung cancer. During a standard diagnostic lung biopsy, doctors will freeze the tumor to kill cancer cells. The research aims to find the safest and most effective freezing time, and will enroll 30 patients who are already scheduled for surgical removal of their lung cancer.
