Summary
This study tests a program that combines physical exercises with mental tasks (like walking while doing a puzzle) for frail adults aged 65 and older. The goal is to see if it improves their physical function, thinking skills, and overall frailty compared to standard care. About 220 participants will be assigned to either the exercise program or usual care, and their progress will be tracked over time.
