Researchers investigate why some kidney transplant patients become frail
NCT ID NCT07181096
Summary
This study aims to understand how common frailty is among kidney transplant patients and whether it's linked to declining kidney function over time. Researchers will observe 80 transplant recipients at Alexandria University Hospitals, measuring frailty, nutrition, muscle strength, and overall health. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help identify patients at risk and guide future care approaches.
