Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized mobile app program can help older adults with colorectal cancer stay stronger and healthier. The program provides guidance on exercise and nutrition. Researchers will compare the app users to patients receiving standard care to see if it reduces frailty and improves physical fitness and diet.
