New program aims to strengthen older cancer patients before and after surgery

NCT ID NCT07073703

Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized 6-month support program can help older adults feel stronger and recover better from surgery for bladder or kidney cancer. The program includes tailored exercise sessions and educational workshops, starting before surgery and continuing afterward. Researchers want to see if this approach reduces frailty and improves patients' overall quality of life during their cancer treatment.
