Summary
This study tested whether a special education program could help prevent and treat frailty in older adults living at home. Researchers compared the program to usual healthcare in 235 people aged 65 and over who were already showing early signs of frailty. The goal was to see if learning about healthy aging could improve strength, energy, and overall well-being over 15 months.
