This study looks at frailty and other age-related health problems in 600 older adults (60+) in Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, and Togo. Half have HIV, half do not. Researchers want to see if HIV speeds up aging and find better ways to screen for and manage these issues. The goal is to improve care for older adults living with HIV.
