Summary
This study is for adults having a procedure called left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) to lower stroke risk. Researchers want to see how frailty—a measure of weakness and health—affects recovery, complications, and quality of life. About 500 participants will be followed to track outcomes like death, stroke, and hospital readmission.
