Summary
This study looks at whether two frailty checklists can predict serious problems or death within 90 days after lower limb surgery in patients 65 and older. Researchers reviewed medical records of 149 people to see how well these scores work. The goal is to help doctors identify high-risk patients before surgery, but this study does not test any new treatment.
