Summary

This study looks at 1,000 adults having non-cardiac surgery to see if those who are frail are more likely to develop acute kidney injury after the operation. Researchers will also check if changes in blood pressure during surgery help explain this link. The goal is to better understand risks and improve care for frail patients.
