Experimental antibody tested to help kidney transplants last
NCT ID NCT04837092
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new antibody called FR104 in 10 people who recently received a kidney transplant. The goal was to see if FR104 is safe and might help prevent the body from rejecting the new kidney. Researchers monitored patients for side effects, especially infections, and tracked kidney function for one year.
