Summary
This study tested whether walking forward or backward is better for improving movement in 60 children with spastic cerebral palsy, ages 6 to 9. Each child practiced either forward or backward walking during training sessions. Researchers measured changes in balance, mobility, and overall motor skills to see which approach worked best.
