Phone slouchers: your head posture may change your lower spine
NCT ID NCT07633678
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at 85 young men who use smartphones a lot to see if forward head posture is linked to changes in lower spine alignment. Researchers measured head angle with a phone app and spine shape with a 3D scanner. The goal was to understand how screen time might affect posture, not to test a treatment.
