Summary
This study is testing whether a specially designed, nutrient-fortified milk powder for pregnant women improves the nutritional quality of their breast milk and their own health. It will compare 20 women who consume the product with those who do not, focusing on levels of key vitamins and minerals. The goal is to gather evidence to support public health programs for mothers and babies.
