First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests whether a near-infrared camera and a special dye (ICG) can help surgeons see blood flow in tissue flaps used for reconstruction after gynecologic surgery. The goal is to see if this imaging changes how surgeons manage the flap or wound during the operation. About 15 women undergoing pelvic reconstruction at Memorial Sloan Kettering will participate.
