Dissolvable nails could spare kids a second surgery for broken arms

Summary
This study tests if dissolvable nails work as well as standard metal nails to fix broken forearm bones in children. The goal is to avoid a second operation to remove the metal nails later. About 60 children who need surgery will be randomly assigned to get either type of nail, and their healing and recovery will be compared.
