Summary
This early study tests a nasal spray called foralumab in 5 adults with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare brain disease that gets worse over time. The goal is to see if the drug can calm overactive immune cells in the brain and slow down the disease. Participants will be monitored for 6 months for safety and any changes in symptoms.
