Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called INCB000928 in people with fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP), a rare genetic condition where soft tissues turn into bone. The goal is to see if the drug can prevent or reduce new abnormal bone growth. About 98 participants aged 2 and older will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor bone changes using whole-body CT scans.
