Summary
This study looked at how the fit of shoes affects pressure on the feet of people with diabetes and nerve damage. Researchers tested three different toe-gap standards to see which one best reduces pressure that can lead to foot ulcers. 26 participants walked in special shoes while sensors measured foot pressure. The goal is to find clear guidelines to help prevent foot injuries.
