Summary
This study looked at 27 male under-23 football players to see if using each player's personal best speed gives a better picture of training intensity than using a fixed standard. Players wore GPS trackers during practices and games over a season. The goal was to find out which method more accurately reflects the high-intensity demands of training compared to match play.
