Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week foot muscle training program could help reduce foot pain and improve function for people with fibromyalgia. Twenty-seven adults with fibromyalgia completed the structured exercise program. Researchers measured changes in foot pain, sensitivity to pressure, and overall foot health before and after the training.
