NCT ID NCT07414914
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a self-massage technique with a foam roller to a standard exercise program can improve foot function, balance, and walking ability in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will measure changes in foot pain, physical performance, and the thickness of a foot ligament using ultrasound.
