First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether foot reflexology can reduce anxiety symptoms in adults diagnosed with anxiety disorders. 44 participants will receive either real foot reflexology or a sham foot massage twice a week for 5 weeks. The goal is to see if reflexology leads to a greater drop in anxiety scores compared to the placebo-like massage.
