Summary
This study aimed to understand the connection between foot posture, toe muscle strength, and balance in adolescents. Researchers measured the feet and balance of 30 teenagers to see if having flat feet or weaker toes affects how well they can control their posture. The goal was to gather basic knowledge to inform future health and fitness advice for young people.
