Could special shoe inserts ease your aching back?

NCT ID NCT07171177

Summary

This study explored whether custom-made shoe inserts (orthotics) could help reduce disability and pain in adults with chronic low back pain who also have flat, pronated feet. It involved 100 participants up to age 65. Researchers measured changes in back pain disability and pain intensity to see if correcting foot posture provided relief.
