Simple foot exercises may boost mobility in menopause

Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week foot and ankle strengthening program can improve physical function and quality of life in menopausal women. About 70 women aged 45-65 will either do the exercises or continue their usual activities. The goal is to see if targeting the feet and ankles can help with balance, walking, and daily living.
