Simple home exercises may ease diabetic foot pain and improve sleep

Summary

This study aims to see if a simple home exercise program for the feet and ankles can help people with diabetic nerve pain. It will involve 70 adults who have had nerve pain for at least six months. Participants will do the exercises at home, twice a day, three days a week, for eight weeks, to see if it reduces their pain, improves sleep quality, and lessens feelings of depression.
