Can simple foot exercises ease menopause symptoms?
NCT ID NCT07472205
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week exercise program focused on strengthening the feet and ankles can help improve physical function and quality of life for women going through menopause. About 70 women aged 45-65 will be randomly assigned to either do the special exercises or continue their usual activities. Researchers will measure changes in ankle strength, walking ability, balance, and overall well-being to see if the targeted program helps.
