Summary
This study aimed to understand the health and well-being of people who work in the food supply chain, from farms to stores. Researchers compared 20 active workers with 20 desk-based workers, measuring their nutrition, body composition, stress markers, and quality of life. The goal was to gather data to help create better health guidelines and workplace policies for the food industry.
