Summary
This study aims to see if combining regular food assistance with psychological therapy is more effective than food aid alone at reducing food insecurity and mental distress in vulnerable young adults. It will follow 70 participants aged 18-25 who are experiencing severe food insecurity and significant anxiety or depression. The goal is to understand how best to support the overall well-being of this group.
