Summary
This study tested whether serving meals with easier-to-chew textures could help older adults in care homes eat faster and consume more food. Researchers compared two different meal plans over two separate days for 30 participants. The goal was to find practical ways to improve nutrition and quality of life for seniors at risk of malnutrition.
