Summary
This study is testing whether a daily food supplement containing an enzyme called ALDH can help reduce hand tremors in people with essential tremor. Forty participants will take the supplement for three months to see if it improves their tremor severity and ability to perform daily tasks. Researchers will also check for safety and measure changes in blood and urine markers.
