Summary
This study is testing a new nutrition education and food access program for low-income Hispanic/Latino adults in San Diego. The goal is to see if helping people build skills and knowledge about healthy food can improve their diet quality and reduce risk factors for heart disease. About 60 participants will join nutrition activities and answer surveys before and after the program.
